PLAYER ELIGIBILTY:NO PLAYER IS
ALLOWED TO PLAY FOR MORE THAN ONE TEAM THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE LEAGUE.
No player may be on more than one team roster on any team,and in any conference, nor will any player be allowed to
play on one or more teams anywhere in the League. If a player
is on more than one teams roster, the first team he has stepped
on the field or entered the game with is the Team, he is on. If
the player tries to play on one or more teams, he will be suspended
for 2 games by the League, and the team or teams he ineligibly
played for will receive forfeit losses,
unless the player applied for free agency
before June 1st..

Umpire may call "Time" under which of the
following situations: (a) Batter requests time,
(b) Batter steps out of box, (c) a ball comes on
field near home plate, or (d) a cloud of dust
