9:00AM- 3:00PM - at 145TH & LENOX BALLFIELDS, (Brronx)Building 4,
Top Floor Penthouse Room
and we will be registering teams on that day. All Teams
interested in playing in the 2011 NYC EMS Softball
Spring & Summer League
need to bring League Fee of 600 dollars or at least half
deposit (400 dollars on that day to the meeting or if
you cannot attend the meeting, you can mail in your
League Fee to;

EMS SOFTBALL LEAGUE.

, one of the biggest & premier softball leagues in New
York City! The League entering it's 24TH season and we
invite all teams to come and join us, in a very fun,
fair, very competitive and well organized League. The
league was originally established in 1987, and the
league was made up then, as a stress reliever to all NYC
EMS workers (EMT’s & Paramedics), to come out and have
some fun and morale with other co-workers. The League
then had an 8 game schedule and only 6 teams competing
in the league.
The FALL
Sunday
Modified League
will have (30-40 Teams) for that separate all day
Sunday League (14-16 Game Season) where we go over the
Rules & Regs, issue Softballs (Clinchers), for anyone
interesting in acquiring them from the League, & the
Initial Season Schedule.
The League is very flexible on the times
and all the games are played in Manhattan at 145th &
Lenox Ave or at our Central Park (North Meadow)
Ballfields.
The FALL
Sunday Coed League
will have (12-16 Teams) for that separate all day Sunday
League (14-16 Game Season) where we go over the Rules &
Regs, issue Softballs (Clinchers), for anyone
interesting in acquiring them from the League, & the
Initial Season Schedule. The League is very flexible
on the times and all the games are played in Manhattan
at 145th & Lenox Ave or at our Central Park (North
Meadow) Ballfields.
The
Weekday Modified League
will have over 100 Teams, with a 30 game season,
playing Monday - Friday at 6:00pm or 8:15pm. on over 60
different ballfields, in the NYC area. This year the
Top 64 Teams will make the playoffs in a NCAA Playoff
Bracket, vying for the 2011 NYC EMS SOFTBALL
CHAMPIONSHIP. We also will have the Commissioner Cup
Series for Teams that do not make the money playoffs,
similar to the N.I.T.
The
Weekday Coed League
will be played weekdays, Mon -Fri at 8pm or 6pm (30
Game Season) and will have have 2 Conferences, (20
Teams) & 4 different divisions,There must be at least 3
women on each Coed Team to join & play with brand new
teams & their own separate playoffs & championship.
The
Womens Fast Pitch League(
a Brand new ALL Womens League) which will be played
weekdays, Mon -Fri at 6pm (20 Game Season) starting1ST
week of May) and will have have 2 Conferences, (10-16
Teams) , with their own separate playoffs &
championship. (There may also be a Sunday Womens League)
The
Sunday Modified League

All the Leagues will be
registered under the (ASA) American Softball
Association, The League also gets involved with other
special events such as Exhibition games, All-Star games
& Charity fundraisers, The league also has a very
strong family base, where people can bring their wives
and their children to the park in safety and
enjoyment. There is something for everyone! Once again
please come out and see, or join one of the number one
leagues in the city
